Media Technician (Part-Time)

This role plays a key part in delivering an engaging and seamless online experience while supporting in-house media needs, including video booth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage live streaming for services, events, and special programs
- Operate and oversee the video booth, ensuring high-quality visual output
- Use ProPresenter 7 (or newer) for slides, media playback, and stream integration
- Handle and manage broadcast pixels and video output systems
- Coordinate cameras, switching, and live video feeds during services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming and video production
- Collaborate with worship, media, and production teams for smooth execution
- Assist with setup, testing, and breakdown of media and video equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming, video production, or media tech (church setting a plus)
- Familiarity with ProPresenter 7+ and live production workflows
- Understanding of broadcast systems, video switching, and pixel mapping
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly in a live environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player with good communication skills
- Availability during evenings and weekends
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Adobe Certification (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Final Cut Pro Certification
- Familiarity with church worship environments and live production culture

Job Qualifications/Specifications:
Meet MSDE/OCC regulations for Senior staff:
High school diploma, 90 Hours Certification, 1 year experience, 19 years old minimum, 9 hours of communicating with staff, parents and the public, 3 hours ADA compliance, continued training of 12 clock hours per year, and pass a background check and medical clearance.
Core Competencies:
The ability to manage classroom tasks, maintain a safe and positive learning environment, communicate with parents, address issues, demonstrate strong teamwork, and maintain the standard of Christian conduct and leadership.

Church Operations Coordinator (Full Time)

Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator provides on-site support to ensure the smooth functioning of church activities. Reporting to the Church Administrator, who may be remote, this role coordinates day-to-day operations, liaises with contractors, and ensures projects and tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates with on-site church staff on operations, events, and facility needs.
- Serve as the on-the-ground liaison with the building manager for vendors and contractors, ensuring their work aligns with church plans.
- Implement tasks assigned by the Church Administrator without needing constant oversight.
- Monitor ongoing projects, anticipate challenges, and problem-solve on-site.
- Facilitate communication between staff, volunteers, and the administrator.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with church operations or similar environments.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Ability to use Google and Microsoft applications.
Reporting & Authority
The Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Church Administrator. While the Administrator sets strategic direction and major decisions, the Coordinator has day-to-day operational authority. They are entrusted with executing tasks, making on-site decisions within established guidelines, and keeping the Administrator informed.
